Permits End Tidal CO2 Sampling With Simultaneous Oxygen Delivery Salter's special End Tidal CO2 Sampling Cannula permits an undiluted End Tidal gas sample, even with simultaneous insufflations of oxygen or gaseous analgesia. The result, a waveform equal to those obtained with an intubated patient. All of the comfort and convenience of classic Salter-Style Cannulas, designed for optimum performance with maximum comfort. (Please note all sampling Cannulas are available with a variety of threaded or Luer Lok end fittings. Comes in adult, infant, intermediate infant and pediatric sizes.)A Salter Exclusive…Salter Eyes are safety apertures to reduce possible occlusions. Where analysis of PET CO2 and other exhaled gases is a standard medical practice in anesthesia, monitoring of non-intubated patients is limited.
