Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange a product, here at ArmadaMeds.com, we are more than willing to help you out! 

Your return shipment will be processed provided that it complies with the following guidelines:

1. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
2. Products must be at least 6 months away from the expiration date to be eligible for return.
3. Items should be unopened and in their original packaging, in the same quantity as originally purchased.
4. You must have an RMA number for the return. We’ll provide this to you.
5. All returns will be inspected. Refunds will only be issued for items that are still in resalable condition.
6. Returns after 30 days may be subject to a restocking fee.
7. Return Processing Time: Depending on how busy our warehouse is, processing your return may take 1-2 weeks.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Its purchase was processed beyond the past 30 days as indicated by its invoice date.
  • Food and nutritional items
  • Bathroom safety equipment (i.e. toilet frames, shower chairs, transfer benches, etc.)
  • Hygiene-related products (i.e. undergarments, stockings, pantyhose, and hernia belts)
  • Products that cannot be resold
  • Items included in a final sale or clearance items

You will be asked to provide a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number during this process, which you may request at 775-502-8556 or orders@armadameds.com.

A refund will be issued within 15 days after we receive your return shipment. All shipping costs are non-refundable and will be entirely at your expense. Orders canceled after the item has been shipped are subject to standard return policy.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
