Used as a temporary replacement for a Provox HME Cassette while taking a showerHaving a deep stoma.using an automatic tracheostoma valve (Provox FreeHands HME) Beyond that, Provox XtraBase may improve stoma attachment in many other cases where firm skin contact is desired.
