For sole-source nutrition via a feeding tube. Use under medical supervision. Fortified with ultratrace minerals and conditionally essential nutrients. Kosher. Halal. Gluten-free. Suitable for lactose intolerance. Precautions: Not for IV use and people with galactosemia. Ingredients: Water, milk, corn maltodextrin, sodium and calcium caseinates, high oleic safflower oil, canola oil, soy protein isolate, medium-chain triglycerides.
